This website is operated by Kapture.NYC ("KAPTURE", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the policies referenced here and available on this site, such as our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds and Shipping pages. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
1. Eligibility and accounts
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents in your care to use this site. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure.
2. Products and pricing
We try to show product colors, images and specifications as accurately as possible, but your screen may not display colors exactly. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct errors in pricing or product information, even after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
3. Orders and payment
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Shipping is described on our Shipping page. Returns, exchanges and refunds are described on our Returns & Refunds page, which also covers the 1-year limited warranty on PiX cameras.
