The basics

What is PiX, exactly?

A pocket digital camera from KAPTURE, designed in New York. It shoots 48MP photos and 4K video, and it comes in six colors: Clear, Green, Black, White, Pink and Blue.

How small is it?

11.8 mm thin and 84 g, about half the weight of most phones. It really does live in your pocket.

Are the six colors different inside?

Nope. Same camera in every color: 48MP photos, 4K/30fps video, 16X zoom, F1.8 autofocus and a built-in flash. Pick the one that matches your vibe.

How long does the battery last?

PiX has a built-in 1300 mAh battery.

Does it have a flash?

Yes, built in. It's the secret behind the Night Flash look, and it makes party and after-dark shots pop.

What are the filters and film looks?

60 filters and 9 film looks, built right into the camera. Think Warm Vintage, Cool NYC, Fresh Polaroid and Night Flash. No editing app needed.

Can it shoot video?

Yes. 4K Ultra HD at 30fps, so your clips look as good as your photos.

Is there a zoom?

Yes, 16X zoom with an F1.8 autofocus lens.

Getting your photos off

How do I get my photos onto my phone?

Send them over Wi-Fi, straight from PiX to your phone. Or plug PiX in with the USB-C cable and copy your photos and videos over.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?

PiX copies files over USB-C, so it works with any computer, and with phones that can import photos from a USB-C device.

Is a memory card included?

Yes! A 32GB card comes in the box, so you can start shooting right away.

Shipping and returns

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Can I return it or swap my color?

Yes. Return it within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. To swap colors, return yours and order the one you want.

Is there a warranty?

Every PiX has a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
