KAPTURE is a lifestyle brand from New York. We make small, good-looking things that help you live the moment instead of scrolling past it. PiX, our pocket camera, is the first.

Our best moments were happening behind a screen.
Living in New York, the city never stops putting on a show. A fogged-in bridge. Brownstone steps at golden hour. Friends crammed into a booth at 1 a.m. And every time, the same thing happened: we reached for our phones, and the phone pulled us somewhere else. A text. A notification. Just one quick scroll.
We ended up with thousands of photos we never looked at again, and a feeling that we had watched our own lives through a feed.
Not perfect. Just yours.

So we made a camera that does one thing well.
PiX takes pictures. That's it. No apps, no feed, no notifications. You point, you shoot, you keep it. 48MP photos and 4K video, a 16X zoom, an F1.8 autofocus lens and a built-in flash for those direct-flash night shots.
Then we added the part phones get wrong: feeling. PiX has 60 filters and 9 film looks built in, so your photos come out warm, grainy and nostalgic, like the digital cameras we grew up with. No editing, no developing. When you're ready, send them to your phone over Wi-Fi, or plug in the USB-C cable and copy them to your computer.

Designed like an accessory, not a gadget.
In New York, what you carry says something about you. So PiX had to look as good as your outfit. It's 11.8 mm thin and 84 g, small enough for a back pocket or a mini bag, and it comes in six colorways made to be worn, shown and matched: Clear, Green, Black, White, Pink and Blue.
Clear is our favorite. A see-through shell with every circuit, button and lens ring on show. A camera with nothing to hide.

Made for New York days. And nights.
We designed PiX for the way this city moves: the morning commute, a bodega run, brunch that turns into a walk across the bridge, a rooftop at sunset, a 2 a.m. slice. Days that don't wait for you to unlock your phone.
